Service level is excellent

Paid $149 for Enrolled Exam course but Mock test doesn’t work, PDF quality doesn’t good and not organized well. Price looks cheap but it’s not worthy. Finally i purchased a EA review text book and which is way better than this website. MyCPE has a wide variety of materials to choose from and thus gives me more than enough courses to fulfill all my CPE requirements each year. As always, Rachel was able to assist with my request quickly and thoroughly.

Good and quick customer service.. Easy to find tools to access the study material.. Various and exhaustive list of topics covered. I am trying to make up 10 units before the end of March. The representative was very friendly, respected my time and provided what I needed quickly. I was very impressed with the breadth of this offering and the ability to take full blown courses in addition to specific webinars for CPE. This is my first year taking class from this company.
